Shipping & Returns

Shipping methods

  • Kings River Mall offers Free Shipping Ground Service for most items shipped within the lower 48 states. Products not included for the free shipping would be those items that ship via Motor Freight where indicated.
  • Ground shipments via UPS or Fed Ex can generally be expected within 7-10 business days. Should you need item sooner, please contact us or email for Express Shipping options and charges.
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Kings River Mall does not ship on weekends and major holidays.
  • We ship Fed Ex, UPS and sometimes USPS

Tracking your order

With all orders placed online, we notify you the status of your order via email and provide a tracking number once item ships. You can always also track your order by signing in to the My Account page and check the status of your order. You can also call us toll-free to place an order over the phone or contact us at: salesdesk@kingsrivermall.com

Out of Stock or Backorders

Though we continually monitor inventory to ensure product availability, there are times when products may be out of stock or backordered. If that occurs, a representative will contact you and offer a substitution recommendation or provide the option of holding your order until all items are available for shipment. In cases where a substitution is necessary, we will email you before shipping and provide the option to select other items. If you decide not to make a substitution, we will ship available items minus the out of stock item(s) or cancel the order if you prefer to do so. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order, and you will not be charged for out-of-stock items.

Returns

Kings River Mall guarantees the quality of all our products and services. Your satisfaction is our first priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order for Customer Care assistance at salesdesk@kingsrivermall.com

  1. Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 5 days of delivery from shipper so we can resolve problem quickly. If damaged in shipment, we will file a claim with the shipper and send out a replacement item to you at no charge if we receive the notice from you within the 5 days.  Should the item arrive defective, we will gladly replace the item for you within the 30 days of purchase.
  2. General Return If unsatisfied with your item, you may return item within 30 days from purchase date. You will need to receive a return authorization number by emailing us at support@kingsrivermall.com. You will need to repackage the item with all original documentation and boxing and return item in its new original condition. We recommend you insure the shipment for your own security. Credit will be provided upon receipt of return less a 10% restocking fee. Unauthorized returns will incur a 20% restocking fee and or may be refused.

Credit card refunds


KingsRiverMall processes refunds to the credit card used at time of purchase upon receiving your returned shipment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
